Portable Mounds - NO METAL CLEATS
Portable pitching mounds will be used for the following divisons on the following fields for this tournament. NO METAL CLEATS are to be used by pitchers while on portable mounds. No metal cleats are to be used by players in the 9u-12u divisons.

Event Format
Event Format is as follows:
4 game guarantee (weather permitting)
2 pool play games on Saturday determine bracket seeding on Sunday. If you win your first game on Sunday, you will continue play in the championship bracket until you lose. If you lose your first game on Sunday, you will play a consolation game afterwards on Sunday.
The tournament format is subject to changed based on any weather events that cancels games
Refund Policy
If 3 or more games have started - No refund
If 2 games have started - 30% of entry fee is refunded
If 1 game has started - 60% of entry fee is refunded
If no games are played - Entry fee refunded minus $100 administration fee
There will be no refunds or transfers given to teams that drop out of the event after the schedule is released.
If weather cancels games, alternative tournament format is possible. No awards given unless there is completion of bracket play
