Payment Deadline
Payment Deadline for all unpaid teams in Saturday April 12 at 5pm local time. Any team not paid by this time/date will be removed from the event.
Portable Mounds
Portable mounds will be used on the following divisons on the following fields. For 14U and 13U teams, NO METAL CLEATS are to be used by pitchers on portable mounds. Rubber cleats, turf shoes, or tennis shoes must be worn by pitchers when pitching on the portable mounds.

14U Bat Rules
Below are the bats rules for 14U Divisons (Note: these are different than national USSSA Rules)
14 Majors - BBCOR bats only
14 AAA - BBCOR or -5 bats
14AA - BBCOR or -5 bats
Refund Policy
If 2 or more games have started - No refund
If 1 game has started - 60% of entry fee is refunded
If no games are played - Entry fee refunded minus $100 administration fee
There will be no refunds or transfers given to teams that drop out of the event after the schedule is released
